Live morning practice between 6.15-7.15am Monday, Wednesday and Fridays on Zoom. For me my morning practice has always been that time that sets me up for the day and creates a strong foundation for what ever lays ahead. Sadhana is one of the most powerful and effective ways to strengthen the body, mind and spirit. At times when our everyday life is being turned upside down or our normal routines have fallen away it is helpful to find and create new positive and healthy routines. This morning Kriya will wake up and work through the whole physical body and energise the pranic and mental body through breath work, pranayama. A recording of the session will also be sent on Monday am after class for you to practice in your own time.
