Namaste!
Yoga is a practice of transformation. A journey of consistent growth.

In the lineage I am trained, yoga is a holistic approach connecting body, breath, mind and spirit using the “tools of yoga” – teachings passed on for thousands of years by great Teachers. You will experience these “tools” in my classes as yogic philosophy, asana, kriyas, meditation, pranayama, mudras and chanting to enhance your practice. Every new astrological season we dive into the energies of the sky to navigate the cosmic tides, and weaving the yogic philosophy as an opportunity to deepen our understanding of our practice and its essence– the yoga journey. These themes are astrological and philosophy based layered with the yogic tools/teachings accompanied by music that reflects the theme.
